Under the joint initiative of the Culture Council, University of Delhi, and Miranda House, the Inter-College Folk and Ethnic Dance Competition was held at the Miranda House auditorium with enthusiastic participation from 17 teams in the group dance category and 28 participants in the solo dance category. The event showcased folk and ethnic dance forms from various regions of India, reflecting the country's rich cultural diversity.

The event saw enthusiastic participation from students across various colleges and departments, who showcased their exceptional musical talents across a range of Indian and Western genres.

Closing Ceremony:
The final day concluded with a grand closing ceremony, during which the winners were honored by the Chief Guest, Special Guest, and several distinguished dignitaries. Professor Alka Nagpal, Dean and Head of the Department of the Faculty of Music and Fine Arts, addressed the gathering and extended heartfelt blessings and encouragement to the participants.
Approximately 100 participants exhibited their musical prowess over the three-day celebration, which honored both Indian and Western music traditions. The performances were deeply appreciated by the audience, judges, and music critics alike for their artistic depth and technical brilliance.

Judging criteria included desire, song selection, initiative, passion, perseverance, and authenticity of representation. Participants dazzled the audience with colorful folk costumes and stirring performances, culminating in a packed auditorium and widespread appreciation.

The performances featured a wide range of dance forms including Chari, Devrattam, Bhangra, Giddha, Garba, Gondhal, Karagattam, Luddi, Manipuri, Kalbelia, Bamboo Dance, Kolattam, and Terah Taali. The energetic displays, stunning costumes, and cultural accuracy left a lasting impression on attendees.
