Association of Indian Universities (AIU) at zonal level
The is a body mandated by the Ministry of Education organizes Inter-University Youth Festivals (UNIFESTS) in collaboration with selected member universities. The UNIFESTS include 8 Zonal and one National Level Youth Festivals. They comprise of 5 main events of Music, Dance, Literary Events, Theatre and Fine Arts. Each of these main events have 9 (in Music), 2 (in Dance), 3 (in Literary Events), 4 (in Theatre) and 4 (in Fine Arts) categories respectively, making it a total of 21 competition categories
The 37th Inter-University North-West Zone Youth Festival, ‘Rang Tarang’ 2024 was held from 9th to 13th February in Maharishi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak, Haryana. The University of Delhi participated in 17 of the above 21 categories. The contingent bagged the following top positions across six events

Rochelle John won the first position in Western Vocal Solo and was awarded with a trophy and gold medal.
Zargham Akram Khan
University of Delhi
Zargham Akram Khan bagged the second position in Classical Instrumental Solo Percussion (tabla) and was awarded with a trophy and silver medal.
Aditya R.
University of Delhi
Aditya R. bagged the third position in Classical Dance (Mohiniattam) and was awarded with a trophy and bronze medal.
Jaiditya Jha
University of Delhi
Jaiditya Jha bagged the third position in the Western Instrumental solo and was awarded with a trophy and bronze medal.
Khushboo Kumari Singh
University of Delhi
Khushboo Kumari Singh bagged the fourth position in Fine Arts-Rangoli category.
Pushpam Kumar
University of Delhi
Pushpam Kumar bagged the fifth position in the Fine Arts- On the Spot Painting category.
